We are continually expanding to meet the growing needs of the Irish and export markets and are now seeking a highly energetic & driven individual to take on the new role of Logistics Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will provide the necessary support to the Warehouse Manager to ensure consistency & alignment across all site logistics depots in terms of administration, statutory obligations, continuous improvement initiatives, site projects & logistics metrics to ensure that all aspects of warehousing and logistics are managed to the highest standards. The role will be based out of our Head Office in Lisburn. Key Responsibilities: Pull together reports and metrics from various logistics sites to formulate a group score card Standardise SOPs and SLAs across the various logistics depots Participate in project meetings inhouse and distribute information to project members House all legal compliance / statutory inspections documentation for all sites. Ensure open actions are closed and government bodies updated. Pull together all accident score card information for all sites into one Group score card. Responsible for managing small site / group projects that will help contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and or group efficiencies Provide general support role for all logistics and site activities. Help establish and maintain management systems across all Group sites Will be required to travel to and from Group logistics sites in ROI and NI Key Behaviours: 3rd level certification in business studies and or Supply Chain Management and or Logistics preferred Ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing in English Excellent good communication and conflict resolution skills Proficient using Microsoft suite Excel, Word, Power-Point also Visio and Project desirable but not essential Excellent problem-solving skills Experience producing documentation (Work instructions, SOPs, SLAs) Team spirit, ability to work under pressure Experience Leading /Participating in Projects (preferred Supply chain, Logistics Projects) Desirable Requirements: Trainings and continuing education in Logistics, Digitalization, Continuous Improvement, Project Management WMS-TMS Knowledge working experience Working knowledge of Power BI Benefits Package: Competitive salary DOE Company pension scheme Access to Employee Assistance Programme Further career development & advancement opportunities Skills: Logistics Supply Chain Management Continuous Improvement
