Summary We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Client's expanding team. The purpose of the role is to organise and provide administrative and financial support services to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the company. Main Responsibilities Confirm monthly bookings with clients Build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders Using the management system, keep the bookings database up to date on a daily basis Using the management system, produce the monthly financial documentation Using the management system, produce the monthly reports and certificates and distribute them to clients Complete client booking requirements by supplying supporting documents i.e. DBS, RAMs etc. Creation of reports to help with gathering client, site, employee information Assist with marketing and promotions Monitor, order and distribute staff uniform Ideal Candidate Highly organised with the ability to multitask Excellent customer service Confident working under pressure in a busy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skill Excellent problem solving skills Good understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google workspace suites
