We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our L&D Team as an Administrator. Working alongside the L&D Consultants and Leadership, you will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth delivery of training and performance support across the business.
Reporting into the Learning & Academy Manager, you will utilise our internal LMS to support with managing content, accurate data management, and curriculum planning. In addition, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Training Academy in Mansfield.

What does the role of Learning & Development Administrator involve?
* You will be the face of the Academy, greeting internal and external visitors, managing booking and hospitality arrangements to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the building.
* You will work alongside colleagues in the Learning & Development team to plan, schedule, and manage learning activities.
* You’ll be accountable for ensuring that the LMS is up to date with accurate user accounts, attendance records, and course catalogues.
* You will work alongside senior business leaders to support insights and reporting on training activity and impact.
* Working closely with the accounts team, you will process invoices and raise purchase orders to assist with budget control.
What do you need to succeed in the role of Learning & Development Administrator?
* You will have experience working to tight deadlines in a pressured environment, being able to prioritise your own workload to ensure a smooth running of the business.
* You’ll be flexible, and able to respond quickly to changes in priorities due to business needs.
* You will be confident in voicing your opinion and providing feedback as you will be testing out new features and tools on the LMS.
* It is desirable that you have experience working with Office 365, Learning Management Systems, and Power BI although not essential.
