Assistant Management Accountant:
Support the Management Accountant in preparing reconciliations and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process bank transactions, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Identify and resolve queries related to reconciliations and management accounts, escalating issues when necessary.
Collaborate with departmental heads and other teams to ensure smooth financial operations and effective communication.
Ensure all financial processes adhere to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and introduce automation.
