Job Description We’re looking for a Roofing Business Support - Partner to join our team. Hybrid Role based in Preston or Welwyn Garden City. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a fantastic Team Player to join the Roofing Business Support Team. As a Team we are at the forefront of Web Leads received into Sika, and you will be confident and positive when triaging the enquiry prior to the details being passed to the Area Sales Manager. Using Glenigan intelligence you will be proactive with information available through Salesforce ensuring that the Sales Team have the most up to date sales leads available. A key focus of the role is working with Third Party Quotes, and you will have a keen eye for detail. You will also ensure Sales Dashboards and Reports are monitored and actioned as appropriate. What’s In it for You? The Opportunity: This role will be working within the busy and diverse Roofing Business Team. Productivity, performance, and quality of service provided to the Roofing Business Unit through the below administrative functions: Pre-qualifying Roof Web Leads with a Courtesy Call, to obtain information to support Area Technical Managers to convert the Lead to an Opportunity. Analysing Glenigan intelligence to ensure we are reacting the Project information that is available within the Market. Generating third-party supplier quotes in a swift and efficient way. Managing billing block and deploying necessary resources to ensure clearance and resolve issues in a timely manner. Allocation of UK General website enquiries. Improve data quality by overseeing and analysing data on Salesforce, to improve forecasting and reduce administrative workload for other roles within Roofing business unit.
