We’re looking for a talented B2B Marketing leader who is excited by design and technology’s ability to positively impact people and organisations. This person will own and lead on our own marketing efforts. They will be responsible for generating and nurturing marketing qualified leads via a range of channels that result in converted sales.
Working both strategically and tactically, you will plan, execute and analyse the success of marketing campaigns, and actively seek opportunities to positively promote the business and increase demand for our services. This may include website/social content, in-person events, seminars/webinars, advertising, lead magnets, mailing lists, awards, memberships etc.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will directly help shape the business’s growth.
What does Rareloop do?
Rareloop is a B Corp certified, award winning Digital Product Studio. We help ambitious businesses and charities to design and build best of breed digital products that have a positive impact for the organisation, specific communities or the environment.
This includes:
* Marketing websites
* New platforms and apps
* Bespoke business management systems
We create greenfield products and also inherit existing codebases to provide a turnaround and continuous improvement service.
Roles and responsibilities
* own and develop the marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar
* identifying, planning and executing lead generation strategies (e.g. events, podcasts, lead magnets etc)
* identifying opportunities for company promotion (e.g. press releases, guest posts, podcasts, speaking engagements, awards, directory listings etc)
* nurturing and encouraging leads along the buying journey
* maintaining good CRM data
* managing and delivering case studies, carefully considering the positioning, messaging and opportunity presented by each project. Liaising with production team and clients on content
* planning and executing website and social content, liaising with the broader team when required for domain expertise
* reporting on key marketing KPIs and demonstrating clear ROI
* provide direction on value proposition messaging for company/services/products
* monitor competitors and industry trends
