National Grid is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator. The location for this role is Warwick - we offer a flexible/hybrid work policy. This role requires at least one day in the office a week.
Job Purpose
This role is working as part of the Operations team within the Recruitment team who are part of the wider People and Culture team. The team provides all the permanent recruitment support to National Grid.
The purpose of the coordinator role is to provide ongoing and dynamic support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing RTW checks, triaging requests from shared mailboxes, and assisting with other admin duties such as raising new vendor Purchase Orders.
What you'll do
* Manage multiple inboxes, both internal and external, with a 24-hour service level agreement (SLA).
* Engage with candidates through phone and email communication.
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including recruitment partners and candidates, to coordinate interviews.
* Assist in the preparation of interview materials, schedules, confirmation emails, and calendar invitations for Hiring Managers.
* Handle administrative tasks such as confirming car parking for candidates, managing right to work checks, and processing candidate expenses.
About You
* Attention to detail and organization skills.
* Understanding the importance of data management.
* Proficient customer service and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working within a large corporation and using an ATS or similar HR system is beneficial.
