Day-to-day responsibilities include: Accurately process orders onto our inhouse system in a timely fashion Liaise directly with the customers by telephone and e-mail, ensuring quality customer service in every situation Work closely with colleagues in the Sales team and in the Warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently General administrative duties, answering phone calls etc. The ideal candidate will: Have worked in a sales/merchanting environment previously with experience and understanding of stock allocation Be confident using Microsoft, particularly Outlook Be a proficient PC user Have strong communication skills Be open to learning how to use new software (full training will be provided) Based outside of the city centre, so own transport is essential.
