What You’ll Do: As a Carecall Officer (CCO), you'll manage a patch of 200 customers. This includes keeping all customer records accurate and up-to-date by regularly contacting them and building relationships with your customers and their families.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Answering calls and handling call-center type queries related to customer wellbeing.
* Visiting customers in their homes and installing simple equipment (full training provided).
* Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers' overall wellbeing.

* Team Player: Genuine team players who are quick learners.
A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role. And whilst you will have use of a company vehicle, you may need to use your own vehicle in emergencies.
