If yes, we have the perfect role for you Lewisham Adult Social Care is looking to recruit a permanent Business Support Officer to join our Business Support Team, and to help play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable adults in our Borough. What’s the role? As a member of Business Support you will be part of a busy administrative team working across Adult Social Care, carrying out a wide range of business processes to support internal and external customers. Working together to achieve our vision, to make our service as efficient and effective as possible. What we’re looking for Work on behalf of the Team Manager on a broad range of individual and organisational administrative and clerical tasks. An ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload. Excellent communication skills and effective negotiating skills. A flexible and adaptable approach to work and being a team member. You will be keen to get involved in content creation, including directing messaging, editorial and tone of voice. Liaising and supporting service-based content editors to ensure webpages are accurate, kept up to date and serve our residents well, will be what you excel at, as well as having great people skills and experience of supporting and working alongside a diverse range of people. Location The job is primarily based in Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London, SE4 6RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
