In collaboration with the Service Lead for Psychological Interventions, develop and support the implementation of psychological interventions and psychologically informed practice based on best clinical and professional evidence in accordance with the objectives of the Trust and the Service Delivery Unit. Hold a caseload of patients with varying levels of complexity, providing psychological therapies. Promote excellent psychological practice by staff and provide clinical leadership to professionals who practice psychological approaches. Undertake risk assessments and risk management of individuals presenting with vulnerability, self-harm and/or physical, sexual or emotional harm to themselves or others. Provide clinical and research supervision and training to other staff as agreed with the service lead/manager.
