Editorial Coordinator — Online Multimedia Content, Radcliffe Group Department: Digital Editorial Reports to: Content Editor The Editorial Coordinator supports the coordination, creation, editing, and management of Radcliffe Group's online content across various platforms. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the desire to learn more about the community and content of Radcliffe Group. This is a junior-/entry-level position that offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the healthcare communication and media industry. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and distribution. Assist in researching and gathering information for content development. Contribute to writing and editing content published across Radcliffe Group’s portfolio. Review and edit website content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, editorial standards, and SEO strategy. Working with the Radcliffe Cardiology, Radcliffe Vascular, Arrhythmia Academy and any additional websites to add new content. Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity. Support content creation initiatives across different platforms. Building and maintaining relationships with physicians and faculty. Work closely with the content editor to achieve team goals. Work closely with the journals team, collaborating on content creation and assisting with the publication of articles on the website. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and support content initiatives. Supporting Responsibilities Continuous Improvement: Committing to ongoing learning and skill development to adapt to evolving industry trends, tools and platforms, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and impact of content strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with various departments such as marketing, design and technical teams to ensure execution of content initiatives and alignment with overall organizational objectives. Content Compliance: Ensuring all content complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communication or other related field preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy. Interest in healthcare and the ability to learn quickly.
