Client Manager

About the Role:
Hays is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our team and take the helm of one of our longstanding MSP accounts. As the Client Manager, you will be pivotal in driving budget and growth on the client account by maximizing fees and recognizing opportunities. You will establish and nurture key client relationships in line with the client’s contract plan, maintaining an effective partnership to continually develop account initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Manager, your key responsibilities include building lasting relationships by developing strong connections with key hiring managers, HR, procurement, and other stakeholders in the client's business, ensuring that the service provided is effective, efficient, professional, and consistent.
* You will engage and educate key stakeholders on the partnership with Enterprise Solutions, providing specialist advice on market conditions, including competitor activity, skills availability, demographics, and salary surveys, and managing client or candidate disputes in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will develop and evolve your account/portfolio by achieving all individual and team fee targets, generating further opportunities to grow the client account, partnering with key stakeholders, identifying client development opportunities, collaborating with the management team, the International Delivery Centre (IDC), and Solutions team to implement client development strategies, monitoring competitor performance, providing recommended actions to the leadership team, actively promoting Hays' services, engaging clients at every opportunity, and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the service provided.
* You will deliver an efficient and compliant process by ensuring the team manages all client placement requirements effectively, undertaking regular business planning, ensuring compliance with service agreements, contracts, bespoke client requirements, and current legislative requirements, reviewing compliance audit reports, providing recommendations for compliance improvements, and continuously working to uphold and improve the quality of service provided to both internal and external customers.
* You will be responsible for optimising systems and business intelligence by recording and reporting on activity and performance at regular management meetings, contributing to report content by investigating, collating, and analysing data, ensuring accurate invoicing, reviewing validation reports for all placements, championing all recruitment technology systems for the team, demonstrating a commitment to data integrity, conducting regular data integrity reviews, initiating corrective actions where necessary, and supporting the rollout and usage of any recruitment technology systems as required.
