365 People are hiring for a Helium Cylinder Operative Key Responsibilities - Cylinder operatives are fully flexible employees who, if trained, may be asked to carry out any of the following branch tasks as part of their normal duties: • Cylinder Filling Activities (Special Products,) • Cryogenic Dewar Filling, Handling and Despatch. • Cylinder Sorting Handling and FLT work • Quality checking / Control and Cylinder Analysis • Registration of Cylinders, Picking and Scanning. • Investigating Cylinder Complaints • Site Housekeeping The above list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform any other duties that any reasonably be expected of this position. Qualifications and Skills: • N GCSE/Functional skills or equivalent English and maths. • Fluent in written and spoken English • Numerate • Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely. • Knowledge of health and safety requirements in an industrial/warehouse environment • Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift or move heavy objects. • Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment • Be able to use IT apps and Microsoft tools. • Attention to detail. • Fully Flexible • Special Products Knowledge • Values Differences • Ability to acquire FLT competence through internal training and approval Person Specification: Customer Focus • Has a customer first attitude. • Is aware of and strives to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
