The Company
Seymour John are working with a local business that has seen significant growth during recent times, who are now looking to expand their Customer Service Team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing Incoming emails
2. Dealing with front line queries
3. Taking ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact
4. Building long lasting relationships with customers, offering an excellent level of customer service
5. Reporting any issues to management if required
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with individuals who have excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks. You must have an approachable and positive manner with previous experience of working in a customer service environment.
