Receptionist/Administrator
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
£12.21 per hour plus free parking
We are currently supporting a client based in Mansfield town centre with the recruitment of a front-of-house Receptionist/Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and answering all in bound telephone calls, we need someone who is polite, clearly spoken and diligent who has a high level of customer services.
Key Responsibilities for Receptionist/Administrator:
* Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they are dealt with in a professional manner
* Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
* Assist with document preparation and reports
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries professionally.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
