About the Role:
As an SME Account Executive, you'll play a key part in managing and supporting a portfolio of customer organisations. This office-based role is delivered through telephone, GoToMeetings, and Microsoft Teams, with a strong focus on customer retention, service satisfaction, and organic growth.
You'll be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, ensuring service delivery meets contractual expectations and identifying opportunities to expand service use.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong, ongoing relationships with customer organisations to support service delivery and implementation.
* Conduct regular service reviews and identify/respond to emerging client needs.
* Proactively manage service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Share relevant usage statistics, trends, and qualitative feedback with customers.
* Keep Salesforce CRM records accurate and up to date.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues or complaints.
* Support cross-selling initiatives with the Commercial and Accounts Director.
* Contribute to achieving agreed KPIs and performance targets.
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth invoicing and account payments.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills over phone and video platforms.
* Excellent communication and professional writing abilities.
* Understanding of workplace wellbeing, counselling, and employer duty of care.
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Good analytical, record-keeping, and time management skills.
Experience:
* Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programmes, HR, counselling, wellbeing, or account management is advantageous.
* Ambition to grow into a client-facing field-based role over time is welcomed.
