About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within our SAP ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions during SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or specific modules).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage change impacts across business functions.
* Ensure effective communication and training strategies are in place to support end-users.
* Manage change readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, and risk mitigation plans.
* Monitor and report on the success of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to bridge gaps and foster collaboration.
* Continuously improve the change management framework based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in SAP change management, preferably in large-scale implementations or migrations.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM, FI/CO) and their business impacts.
* Proficient in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* SAP certification or PMP/Change Management certification is advantageous.
