Key Responsibilities:
* Process Cash and RR Imports daily
* Update cashflow daily
* Process PL Invoices daily
* Instructor Training Administration & Credit Control
* Process Starters and Leavers in Sage
* Fogz Adjustments including PPC and cheques
* Purchase Ledger Statement Recs
* Purchase Ledger Payment Run
* PPC report
* Code and process Credit Cards
* Ad Hoc sales invoices including FBTC
* Direct Debit management - Bacs notfications, auddis, run direct debit files
* Provide cover for other team members when required
Technical Skills Required:
* Competent in Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
