Our Services:
- ARC – Day opportunities supporting autistic people to gain new skills and interests in a safe and thriving environment
- Outreach – Supporting autistic people within their home and in the community to access local amenities and resources
- Housing Support – To support people to maintain their own tenancy and to provide care at home as required
- Adult Residential – To provide a home to people within a group setting while promoting life skills
What You’ll Do:
As an Autism Practitioner, you’ll:
1. Build positive relationships with supported people and their families.
2. Develop and deliver personalised support plans.
3. Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion.
4. Support daily living activities, from household tasks to personal care.
5. Be a part of someone’s journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations.

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.
