We are looking for highly motivated Staff Nurses to join Cookson Devas Surgical ward at the Conquest Hospital. We are a new unit consisting of 15 beds. We care for patients with complex surgical needs including step down patients from Critical care. You will need to have a keen interest in general surgery and be committed to delivering a high standard of patient care, whilst maintaining your own personal professional development.
We will provide a supportive environment and mentorship. We are committed to professional developing our staff. Team working is an integral part of the running of our ward. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse.
To participate within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering appropriate safe patient care in a timely fashion working towards the role of Team Leader providing clinical expertise ensuring the delivery of appropriate safe patient care.
