The role of Head of Recruitment will be responsible for recruiting the highest quality Doctoral applicants to the University of Bath and enhancing the experience of doctoral applicants throughout the process. You will lead the Doctoral Admissions & Recruitment team and be responsible for the continuous improvement of an already strong team, to include a wider range of recruitment activities. Initially, you will be predominantly focussed on developing and implementing an effective recruitment strategy in line with the University’s Doctoral Strategy and ensuring doctoral students are included in cross university marketing activities.
