Job summary The role of the Business Support Manager (BSM) is required to work extremely closely alongside the Executive's directorate and support on a range of duties. The post holder will be responsible for planning, supporting and facilitating progress of defined programmes of work on behalf of the Deputy Chief Operating Officer with a particular focus on A&E Operations and Specialist Operations. It is essential the BSM has complete knowledge and understanding of the senior teams workload and the complexities of the different areas of responsibility, so as to be able to advise, prepare and manage projects on behalf of the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, their managers and their office.
