Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Band 5/6/7 - Inpatient
Location: Crawley
Salary: £21 - £31 per hour depending on experience, ongoing.

What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions to patients within the inpatient setting.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement patient care plans.
3. Undertake manual handling assessments and training to ensure patient mobility and safety.
4. Deliver high standards of evidence-based occupational therapy practice.
5. Contribute to team meetings and case discussions, ensuring best practice and patient-centred care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with HCPC standards.
Requirements:
Applicants must be registered with HCPC and have at least two years of experience in an inpatient setting. While not essential, holding a valid driving licence is preferred due to the role being based across multiple sites.
