We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic team. Our partner school is a contributive member of the Featherstone community, in role of Year 4 Primary Teacher you will be expected to work with community to help pupils set and achieve high expectations and aspitations. Year 4 Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
- Tailoring to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they make progress in all areas of learning and development.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and professional colleagues to ensure a comprehensive education for each child.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit the diverse needs of students, including those with physical, cognitive, emotional challenges and special educational needs.
- Supporting children with emotional, social, and behavioural needs, providing strategies to promote positive outcomes.
Year 4 Primary Teacher Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of SEN strategies, including those for communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- A good understanding of the KS2 national curriculum and how to adapt it to meet the needs of individual children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
- An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
