We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a Business Analyst to join their outreach and projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding regulatory rulesets in detail and their applicability to the companies in-scope entities and clients. They will be involved in responding to internal and external queries, including completing necessary analysis, escalation, and research to create accurate responses.
Key responsibilities and skills required
* 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
* Strong business analysis skills, demonstrating self-starting and self-directed capabilities, and the ability to take high-level information to perform the research needed to scope requirements, including identifying issues/gaps.
* Detail-oriented, with strong Excel skills, particularly in PIVOT Tables, VLOOKUPs, and ideally Macros.
* Experience working with large data sets within Excel for analysis and reporting.
* Client-facing experience preferred, especially in projects involving client outreach to dozens or hundreds of clients.
* Analysing and dissecting large data sets according to applicable rule requirements.
* Designing and creating intelligent metrics and reports for multiple audiences.
* Supporting outreach activities, including QA checks, monitoring, reporting, and tracking.
* Project management experience in addition to business analysis experience would be a bonus.
