We are currently looking for new Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Kidwelly. We have both part time and full time (37.5 hours per week) positions available. We can be flexible with the hours offered and welcome all applications from interested candidates. Shift patterns are from 7am- 2.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm or from 2.30pm to 10pm. We also require waking nights and sleep ins so being flexible is important.
In Kidwelly we support four people in total aged between 29-56. You will find a variety of hobbies and interests they enjoy from arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, watching sports and even attending rugby matches. The people we support love meeting up with their friends and family often.
The people we support also have their own mobility vehicles and enjoy going out into the community on many days out or even small road trips so having a UK Driving Licence for this role is essential.
You will be supporting them to live independently and supporting them to access and participate in their local community, whilst providing excellent care including personal care and by being attentive, reliable and supporting them to live the lives they want to live.
