Job Description
* Work closely with the e-Commerce Directors to achieve agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
* Develop and maintain strong, influential partnerships with customers.
* Take full ownership of the P&L for each account.
* Create, manage, and maintain detailed forecasts at the line-item level across all customers.
* Lead customer range review meetings to grow product listings and increase market share in line with agreed objectives.
* Negotiate effectively with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and its retail partners.
* Utilise data to identify sales opportunities and drive business efficiencies.
* Capitalise on commercial opportunities to enhance business growth.
* Collaborate with the e-Commerce Content team to ensure customers have best-in-class, optimised content across all products.
* Plan, manage, and maintain customer promotional schedules.
* Present with authority to both internal and external senior stakeholders and peers.
* Work cross-functionally as the representative of your customer base to drive positive change.
* Develop expertise in the company's brands and product ranges.
* Become an expert in your assigned retailers' market.
* Maximise product visibility, ranking, and sales velocity online through the E-Commerce 'flywheel' strategy.
