You’ll play a vital role in supporting over 700 schools, providing exceptional support and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Job Title: Customer Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) Location: Hybrid role, working 3 days in Loughborough offices Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits: Unlimited holiday Volunteer Day to give back to the local community Perk Box Pension contributions Company events Free office parking Your Responsibilities: Progress and resolve technical queries from operations Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate service incidents as needed Provide support via email, live chat, and telephone to schools and parents Manage and resolve user support issues effectively Follow and uphold processes and procedures to achieve successful outcomes What We’re Looking For: Experience in IT support, with SaaS experience highly desirable Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure Skilled in identifying faults and troubleshooting technical issues Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team Why join this company?
