The role is to build relationships and rapport through 25 to 30 quality calls per day. As your pipeline builds, most of your talk time will be guiding your customers through the portal to access government funding, as this training is 95% funded by the government and is a necessity in the early years industry. The calls will follow up on warm leads, and the customers and potential customers will know of the brand name.
This role will be suited to someone from a business development background and/or account management, who is confident, friendly, has a pleasant telephone manner, and possesses good customer service skills. Experience within an educational/training setting is favorable.
In return, you will receive 25 days + bank holidays, with an additional holiday day per year of service up to a maximum of 28 days. You will receive an additional holiday day for your birthday and one for a Christmas shopping day. You will receive service & performance rewards, and incentive schemes.
