We are Everything Tech Group, an award-winning IT Company based in Manchester, Burnley & Derby. We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR Team.
Job Purpose
At Everything Tech Group people are at the core of everything we do, we're looking to grow our HR team with the exciting addition of a HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing employee administration. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and act as a positive representative of the HR Team. This role offers excellent opportunities for development and progression within a growing business.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
1. Organising and maintaining all HR records across the business e.g., sickness records, parental leave
2. Ensuring all HR records are retained in line with both the Company’s and statutory retention policies
3. Ensure all HR Records are ISO compliant and securely stored
4. Ensuring all HR documents and systems are accurate, up to date and reviewed regularly
5. Assist the Management Team through the recruitment and new hire process, posting adverts, completing screening forms, arranging preemployment screenings
6. To support the Management Team in the administration of their teams throughout the employee lifecycle, hire, promotion, life events etc.
7. Respond to internal and external stakeholders with HR & recruitment-related queries escalating where needed
8. Have positive relationships with all colleagues in the business sign posting policies and resources
9. Take ownership of the Group health and Safety forum over time with training
10. Work closely with the Group Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance and HR Manager to ensure all HR processes and practices within the business are legal, compliant and continuously improving
11. Assist and eventually own payroll reporting by providing relevant employee information and updates e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
12. Assist in organising Corporate Social Responsibility activities for the Group
13. Assist in forming internal communications activities
14. Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting
15. Assist the HR Manager in the continuous review of company policies, ensuring they are relevant, effective, and compliant with UK employment law
16. Participate in HR related projects
Experience & Knowledge
1. CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate ideally
2. Proven work experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
3. Experience with HR software e.g. CharlieHR
4. Knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 27001, 14001 specifically
5. Computer literacy (MS Office)
6. Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
7. Excellent communication and people skills, both verbal and written
8. High attention to detail

11. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, both alone and as part of a team

Hours of Work
1. 37.5 hours per week (full-time) open to part-time applicants
