What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a temporary caring, patient, and motivated Learning Assistant with experience of working in early years and KS1.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate experience working with children and will be expected to have good communication skills and empathy with all children. The Local Academy Council are looking for applicants who are:

• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Are flexible
• Support the inclusive ethos of our school
• Have the ability to demonstrate initiative and good time management skills.
This post is temporary subject to continued funding and will cease when the funding ceases.
In addition, all Learning Assistants provide lunchtime supervision for 30 minutes per day, which will be paid on an MDS rate for 2.5 hours per week.
