We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Systems Manager with expertise in OneStream to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial systems are robust, optimised, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes.
2. Manage and optimize the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.
3. Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the OneStream platform.
5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
6. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
9. Stay current with OneStream updates and best practices to ensure the system is leveraging the latest features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in FP&A system management with a strong focus on OneStream.
3. Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, configuration, and development of FP&A systems.
4. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Preferred Skills:
1. Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or related.
2. Experience with other financial planning and analysis tools.
3. Knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
