Learn more at www.circana.com. What will you be doing? The European team work with nationally recognised sports manufacturers, providing solutions to their business challenges based upon our data. The team are responsible for client retention, contract renewal, and revenue growth through products and services which meet the business needs of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Development team within the General Merchandise division of Circana and continue the fantastic journey that Circana have enjoyed over the past few years. The Client Development Director role demands a strong commercial approach. You will work with an account base of Circana’s clients that consist of well-known manufacturers. Your key focus will be to retain and grow your clients through strong relationships and the realisation of Circana’s strategy. Job Responsibilities · Devise and implement account plans to retain and grow revenue with managed accounts · Delivery of strategic insight to clients · Build engagement/relationship with key stakeholders · Tactical delivery Requirements [4-5 requirements a candidate should have to be considered for the role] · Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen with proven experience in a client facing role · Excellent planning and organisational skills · Highly self-motivated and assured at presenting to all levels · Strong relationship builder, both internal and external · Understanding of a ‘consultative selling approach’ with proven questioning and listening skills · Experience working in a sales or account management role · A working knowledge of Insights would be beneficial Circana Behaviors As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
