The role focuses on preparing estimates for building maintenance in commercial environments, handling approximately £3-4M worth of estimates annually across an impressive 1250-1500 submissions. You'll be using our in-house software, Big Change, alongside Microsoft Office 365 (Excel pros, step up) and client portals to keep the workflow smooth. Strong written and verbal communication is key, as is the ability to manage your workload like a boss, delivering 10-20 estimates daily. What you’ll need The role is full-time and office-based, so you’ll need to be able to get to our Newton Abbot office Monday to Friday.
