Description The Role: As part of the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) you will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Retrieval Analyst and ICES Equipment Lead Specialist and Cornwall Equipment Loan Service) external provider Medequip. You will require an understanding of the range of community equipment that can be provided by the service. This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. This position will be subject to a enhanced criminal record disclosure check. Working Pattern: 37 hours working Monday to Friday. Hybrid working arrangement. What you’ll need to succeed: You will require a good understanding of effective assessment, support planning and reviews. You may be required to carry out care home audits and work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure that residents, families and communities have the right support/equipment in place at the right time. You will need to have good communication skills, work well under pressure, be empathetic, proactive and innovative.
