Key Responsibilities: Support Dispatch Department: Ensure customer orders are completed and delivered promptly. Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage record-keeping, document control, and file storage across all departments. Customer Service Champion: Address customer queries and resolve issues with a friendly and professional demeanour. Liaison with Management: Assist senior management in implementing company objectives and directives. Communication Hub: Facilitate effective communication to gather required information for customer orders. First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Phone Reception: Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately within the department. WMS System Support: Act as the key contact for day-to-day activities within the new WMS system. Accounts Assistance: Support the accounts department with invoice processing, credit checks, and ledgers. Task Prioritisation: Ensure timely completion of tasks to a high standard. Continuous Improvement: Participate in training to enhance your skills and capabilities.
