Responsibilities

2. Maintain and organise electronic files and documents for easy retrieval.
3. Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
5. Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
6. Respond to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
7. Utilise software tools such as QuickBooks and Google Suite to manage financial records and documentation effectively.
Skills
1. Proficient in data entry.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Competence in using computerised systems for data management and reporting.
7. Sage trained.
