Your duties will include:
* Liaise with Designers and Contractors under the CDM Regulations
* Attend construction project design reviews and design team meetings
* Attend pre-start and progress meetings
* Manage risk assessment reports
* Conduct site safety inspections and prepare reports
* Prepare Pre-construction Health and Safety Information for projects
* Review and prepare Construction Phase Plans and Risk Assessments
Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
* Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in health and safety or as a building surveyor
* Depth of understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Good level of IT skills
