Job Title: Head of Project Delivery - Fire
Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham
Job Location: Flexible within GSA operating area – Chippenham, Gloucester, Birmingham - hybrid working and travel to group GSA offices as appropriate.
Salary - £65,000 per annum
Contract type – Temporary 18 months
Working hours – Full time – 37hours
Closing Date – 3 weeks after posting (close on a Sunday)

About the role
GreenSquareAccord has a legal duty to ensure our properties and customers’ homes are well maintained and safe. We must adhere to multiple legislation and regulatory requirements and specially those governing property under building safety and fire safety legislation. This role will be responsible for the delivery of our fire safety actions, fire safety management checks on premises and actions resulting through our EWS programme.
You will lead on reviewing recommendations for improvement and remediation works and translating these through to delivery, through assessment, contract specification, procurement, appointment of consultants and contractors, contract management, financial reporting, validation and review.
You will ensure we adhere to relevant service and maintenance standards, maintaining 100% compliance with service and inspections cycles and meeting our KPI metrics.
You will ensure that your team works safely at all times and keeps our residents safe, informed and delivers a service that is sympathetic to their needs.
You will be used to managing complex multi-disciplinary projects, with multiple stakeholders and financial management of large scale projects.

About you
You will have a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, and project management of fire or associated works programmes. You will have operated at a senior level with excellent analytical skills, report writing and general written communication.
You will be fully conversant with the regulation of fire safety in buildings and the contract management of associated works.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a good working knowledge of the property maintenance and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers and a good understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements associated with fire safety in buildings.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of declared qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
