The Role\nTake incoming and outgoing calls with new enquires, general enquires or complaints.\nTake customer's details, and pass this onto the appropriate department\nDocument any complaints on to our system and follow up with an update or resolution. \nHandling customer service email inbox. Pre, during and post install calls. Dealing with the Operational teams from time to time, calls or WhatsApp messages/chats.\nArranging surveys and installation dates with customers\nPhoning customers following their enquiry to obtain their full contact details \nOther ad hoc tasks as may be required.\n\nHours\n8.45 - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday\n8.45 - 3.45pm Friday The Candidate\r\nWe require someone who has a good telephone manner and who thinks they can be comfortable speaking to our customers on the phone.\r\nGood IT skills\r\nGood time management and organisational skills\r\nAn enthusiasm to learn and potentially progress into the sales side of the organisation.\r\nAttention to detail\r\nAbility to work as part of a team\r\n\r\nThe Rewards\r\nThis is a great industry to be in, so it offers excellent prospects for a long term career\r\nProgression in salary with experience\r\nAbility to earn bonuses for good performance once established in the company
