Our client, a leading service provider,is recruiting for a Antom lead qualifier – Telemarketing to join their business inthe United Kingdom.
Job Description:
1. Project Background Antom, a payment processor and acquirer under our client, integrates global payment methods (such as international credit cards, e-wallets, etc.) for cross-border merchants, enabling them to accept payments from global consumers.
2. Antom's clients include global merchants expanding overseas and global merchants engaged in cross-border trade.
3. We continuously accumulate sales leads in our CRM system and require telemarketing personnel to call and/or email clients to gather more information about their needs, document the findings, and understand whether they can be qualified to be passed onto the sales team.
Responsibilities:
4. Telemarketing personnel are required to promptly call the potential clients accumulated in the CRM system to further understand the client company's information and needs, and record notes in the CRM.
5. If there is no answer, the leads should be emailed to try to arrange a call or to look to request the required information The BD (sales) team will then follow up on sales.
6. Within three months, they need to handle approximately 20 new and existing leads daily that can be reached by phone, with each call lasting about 10-15 minutes (based on experience, 20 successful calls may require a total of 100 call attempts).
7. Emails will support the successful contact rate.
Requirements:
8. Familiar with Salesforce operation processes
9. Fluent, strong conversational English
10. Ability to clearly record key information about client companies and business needs in the system
11. Client provides communication script training, and telemarketing personnel should be able to learn and start quickly
12. Service providers provide office space; telemarketing personnel do not need to be stationed at Clients. It is recommended to provide an isolated workspace and allow shared use of office space with other teams' customer service if there is only one seat.
