Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations Analyst with strong technical expertise and management capabilities. Your key responsibility will be to understand goals, track performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and drive business growth.
In this dynamic role, you will join the team that supports the Porsche Centre Network and Porsche Cars GB’s Regional Management teams in achieving New & Pre-Owned car sales objectives.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across PCGB and PFS/VWFS to analyse Strategic Business Objectives and develop action plans that enhance PCGB’s New and Pre-Owned sales targets in the short, medium, and long term.
* Analyse sales and performance trends to identify new and innovative opportunities for improvements at a Network and Centre level.
* Work alongside the Regional Sales Management team and Pre-Owned Performance Specialists to ensure sales performances are in line with PCGB targets
* Be the first point of contact at PCGB head office for the Porsche Centre Network and support by actively managing departmental projects and analysis requests from internal and external stakeholders, including Porsche AG.
* Continually evolve, develop and improve New and Pre-Owned cars reports and processes as per the needs of the business, providing information on performance and sales such as order take, order bank audits and stock profiling, which informs Network Operations decision making and subsequent actions impacting PCGB direction in pursuit of its sales objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* A strong understanding of the automotive industry and the functional departments within the automotive retail environment.
* Direct experience of Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Direct or Indirect experience within Product Marketing and Sales Planning functions
* Regular exposure to working with field based Regional Sales teams
* Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within new and pre-owned car sales operations
* The ability to work autonomously and take a pro-active approach
* Keen attention to detail and a desire to deliver the highest quality of work.
* An individual who will constantly review existing processes and identify where improvements can be made.
* Strong analytical skills are required, but also the ability to derive insights from the analysis is essential
