Regional Neurological Quality Manager
Are you a quality and improvement specialist or senior nurse with a knowledge and passion for making an impact in neurological services? Do you want to be a valued and supported senior member of the team travelling across different locations as a Regional Neurological Quality Manager?
You will work as part of the Neurological Senior Management team to support quality and compliance across a group of Elysium Neurological Services.
Working alongside Hospital Directors, Senior Management Teams, Ward Managers and Clinical Teams you will implement quality improvements within clinical and operational processes that lead to overall increases in the delivery of quality services.
As a Regional Neurological Quality Manager, you will be:
Responsible for supporting the overall quality assurance agenda for Elysium Neurological Services, reporting to the Operational Director on quality issues.
Monitoring quality and assurance within Elysium Neurological Services in line with CQC, Commissioning partners and Elysium polices and values.
Working with Neurological SMT, Site Directors and site senior management teams to implement quality improvements within clinical and operational processes that lead to overall increases in the delivery of quality.
Working together with stakeholders to discuss solutions to quality issues and to satisfy customer expectations about Elysium Neurological Services.
Promoting a culture of quality within the Elysium Neurological Services.
Undertaking incident, complaint and care and treatment investigations as required by the Operations Director.
Promoting the engagement of people who use our services, their carers and a culture of co-production and involvement.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 5 years senior professional leadership or Nurse Management experience.
Be able to demonstrate relevant nursing practice with current NMC registration.
Must be capable of providing direct clinical support when required through current nurse registration and continuing professional nurse practice and development.
Educated to Masters degree-level and/or evidence of relevant post qualification study and research experience and continuing professional and personal development.
You will be able to travel to Elysium sites as required, the requirement of 4-5 days per week
