SPT Labtech are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our team of dedicated and passionate HR professionals on a 3 month fixed term contract.
If you are enthusiastic and willing to be hands-on to help us maintain an exceptional customer journey to both hiring managers, candidates and existing employees through our recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes, we’d love to hear from you. Experience working within a fast paced, agile generalist HR role is ideal.
You will provide HR advice to coach managers and employees, as well as contributing to a range of continuous improvement projects with a good amount of HR Operations experience. You will also be helping us to hire efficiently and ensuring the onboarding experience for new employees reflects our values and culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Generalist HR support:
* First point of contact and responding to HR enquiries, maintaining accurate employee data, preparing employment offer paperwork and contract amendment letters.
* Providing advice, coaching and support to bring swift resolution to case management including note taking and HR processes.
* Maintaining data integrity across org charts, supporting HR projects and benefits & employee lifecycle HR administration
Recruitment coordination:
* Providing support for hiring activities such as arranging interviews, updating our ATS, providing feedback to candidates
Onboarding:
* Providing support for an excellent onboarding experience.
* Sending out new starter information, coordinating company inductions, adding new hires to HR systems, references and right to work checks.
* Coordinating new hire announcements and setting up HR review meetings.
Training:
* LMS system support and arranging courses.

* High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in an agile environment working to sometimes tight deadlines.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Experience using an HRIS and hiring software (we use Cezanne and Workable)
* Familiarity with hiring practices
* Experience providing generalist HR support.
* An understanding of UK employment law, good people practices and GDPR.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, with excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* CIPD Level 3 would be desirable
