Senior Installation Supervisor - Chandlers Ford, to £41,600 + enhanced overtime pay
Our client is growing their Installations Team to meet the ever-increasing needs of their expanding business. To help them achieve this they are looking for a Senior Installation Supervisor to supervise and support their installations team and customers.
Based out of their Chandlers Ford branch, the Senior Installation Supervisor will predominately be based out on their customer sites with the occasional visits into the branch and other branches across the UK. As a Senior Installation Supervisor, you will need to lead by example as you will be responsible for the sale, effective and efficient delivery of installations meeting agreed quality standards, project timescales and budget.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct installation teams to ensure work installations are delivered and completed safely, on time and within budget and to required standards.
2. Effectively manage and control on site Confined Space projects.
3. Proactively participate in and where required lead project team meetings to discuss work schedules, resourcing and related issues such as scheduling changes or upcoming projects.
