Key Responsibilities: Compensation Analysis Analyse salary and market data to ensure competitive pay structures. Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking. Support annual pay review processes, including budgeting and recommendations. Benefits Management Assess and monitor employee benefits programmes for competitiveness. Research and propose benefit enhancements. Manage benefit plan administration, including enrolment and vendor relations. Incentives & Reward Strategies Assist in designing and implementing incentive and recognition schemes. Evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements. Data Management & Reporting Maintain compensation databases and HR systems. Generate reports on trends, pay equity, and cost analysis. Provide data-driven insights to leadership. Policy & Compliance Ensure reward programmes comply with legal and internal policies. Support audits and documentation processes. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with organisational goals. Act as a key contact for employee compensation and benefits queries.
