PACT is seeking a highly skilled Regional Community Coordinator to join our team. This permanent role involves extensive travel across England and Wales, providing a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in their community.
As a Regional Community Coordinator, you will work closely with local stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote community cohesion and address social issues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with community groups, local authorities, and other key partners.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a community-based setting, with experience of developing and delivering projects that achieve positive outcomes. You will also possess a strong understanding of community dynamics and be able to think creatively when approaching complex social issues.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. As a Regional Community Coordinator, you will be expected to travel extensively throughout your region, often at short notice. In return, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an annual salary of £28,350 (FTE) or £14,175 per annum actual earnings, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, and charity worker discounts.
