Establish and maintain good working relationships with other members of staff and Departments in the interests of patient care. To maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to patients, staff and other health service business in accordance with the Caldicott guidelines, Data Protection Act and all other relevant legislation and local policy. To actively participate in the staff appraisal and development process. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to local infection control policies. Be familiar with all relevant hospital and departmental Operational, Personnel, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
