IO Associates have partnered with a Global Food Manufacturing company who are looking for a Regional Procurement Buyer - Logistics to join their team in Chiswick Park.

As a Regional Procurement Buyer, you'll report directly to the Procurement Head, helping to lead and manage the procurement of logistics for the UK&I region, playing a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, cost optimisation, and sustainable sourcing.
You will achieve this by maintaining and developing the supplier base, driving strategic relationships, and executing material group strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduate qualification or proven experience in indirect procurement.
2. Negotiation and commercial analytical skills.
3. Supplier/Customer relationship management experience or excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships.
4. Project management and leadership skills, including the ability to make strong recommendations.
5. The ability to think strategically and set a 3-year category plan.
6. The ability to lead multiple workstreams and work in a team while managing key stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated experience of developing, leading, and delivering change implementation within an organisation.
8. Excellent communication and influencing skills within the team and across the business.
9. Logistics category experience is desirable.
10. MCIPS or equivalent certification is desirable.
